Syco Fitness Aust is owned by a private shareholder. The Company is governed by the Company Constitution. The Board of Directors act on behalf of the Shareholders and answer to the Shareholders. The Day-to-day business and affairs of the company shall be managed by a special committee known as the "Board of Management". The Board of Management act on behalf of Syco Fitness Aust and answer to the Board of Directors.
