Intellectual Property covers three main areas in regard to Syco Industries.

• • Patents - Patents are a set of exclusive rights granted by a state to an inventor or their assignee for a period of time in exchange for a public disclosure of the invension. Patents have been lodged covering the design, movement and attributes of the Sport Board Simulator as well as the Free Standing Support Frame
• • Trademarks - Including Syco Naming Logos and Branding have been lodged in target territories.
• • Copyright - Including writing, literature, photos, images and video etc

In all cases of the intellectual property, Syco Industries Pty Ltd is either the owner or owns the license in regard to Patents and Trademarks. Syco Industries licenses the use of the IP on a territorial basis. Syco Fitness Aust Pty Ltd has a license agreement with Syco Industries Pty Ltd over the use of the IP in the territory of Australia and New Zealand. Syco Industries enlists the expertise of a variety of Patent Attorneys in the various jurisdictions around the world. The words Syco XT® and Go Syco are both registered Trademarks. The Product known as Syco XT® as well as the Supporting frame are both covered by separate Patents Granted in a variety of countries around the world.

Syco Industries employs the services of external consultants in various regions of the world to monitor Intellectual Property Infringements.
